Optipack is flexible, they offer deferrals, the manager is easy to work with, they are flexible, they can handle smaller volumes, they always deliver what they agreed on, they give a discount, even if it's small, but they still give it.
I found Optipak online, wrote a letter and waited for feedback. The feedback was fast and that's a big PLUS! Then productive negotiations and samples were given - this is the key to success! The most important thing is fast feedback and quick decision-making.
In Optipak I appreciate the flexibility - for example, sending part of the order. The main thing is that our production does not stop, I ask "send at least something" - and they send it. I am pleased with the speed of communication - fast communication from the manager to the production. Large productions are frankly swindling, where it takes a week from the manager to the production of the order.
We were looking for a reliable supplier of cups and lids — we found them in Optipak. The quality of the products is impeccable, delivery is always on time, managers are in touch. We really appreciate the individual approach.

The quality of the products is important to us. And because of our large volumes, the price is very important. Optipak has a big plus - pleasant people with whom we communicate, they do not let us down with agreements and deadlines.
