  • What are the delivery methods?

    We'll deliver your order using any method convenient for you. We work with all shipping companies, and we also offer delivery via private carriers that handle consolidated cargo.

  • Which carriers are used for delivery?

    Delivery time depends on order volume. The shipment is insured. We ship via Nova Poshta.

  • Is local pickup available from the warehouse?

    Yes, you can pick up your order yourself. Please coordinate the pickup time with your manager in advance so we can prepare your items.

  • How are large bulk orders delivered?

    For large volumes, we arrange delivery via private carriers (consolidated freight) or select the most cost-effective transport based on the order size.

  • How can I track my shipment?

    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or messenger. You can track your parcel on the "Nova Poshta" website or app.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    Payment to a bank account.

  • Do you provide invoices for legal entities?

    Yes, we work with corporate clients and VAT payers. Please provide your company details, and our manager will issue an invoice for payment.

  • Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

    COD terms are discussed individually. Typically, for standard items, we require full or partial prepayment to our bank account.

  • Are there any additional fees for bank transfers?

    We do not charge extra fees. Any transaction fees depend solely on your bank's tariffs.

  • Is it possible to return or exchange a product if it doesn’t fit?

    We process returns and exchanges in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation within fourteen days of purchase. For standard products to be returned successfully, they must be in their original condition and the original packaging must be intact. Please note that custom-made products with your logo or unique specifications are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a manufacturing defect is discovered. If you discover a defect upon receipt of your shipment, we will promptly replace the product or refund your payment, covering all logistics costs.

  • Who covers the shipping costs for returns?

    If a standard item is returned because it doesn't fit your needs, the customer pays for shipping. If a manufacturing defect is found, we cover all logistics costs.

  • How soon will I receive a refund after canceling?

    Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods at our warehouse.

  • Can I return only part of my order?

    Yes, you can return a portion of standard items as long as the original packaging is intact. Custom-printed products cannot be returned.
